We are located in the beautiful Mount Shasta, California in the beautiful Northwest.
The Pacific Northwest is a geographic region in western North America bounded by the Pacific Ocean to the west and by the Rocky Mountains on the east. The climate of the Pacific Northwest has a cool, wet climate, which has led to the growth of thick forests. Some of the biggest trees in the world can be found here! Believe it or not, there are coastal, or temperate, rainforests in the Pacific Northwest, while the inland areas are drier and warmer.

We are known for being a unique environment to raise a family with lots of activities and adventures for all ages.  The Mountain Lakes provides boating, swimming, fishing, camping, equestrian camps, and many access points and day-use areas.  They include Crater Lake National Park, Hyatt Lake Resort and Recreation Area, Howard Prairie Resort, Lily Glen Campground, Emigrant Lake, Lake of the Woods, Fish Lake, Fourmile Lake, and Willow Lake.

WATER WELL DRILLERS AND DRILLING HELPERS —If you are a self-starter, highly motivated, and want a long-lasting career this is the opportunity for you. Year-round work, bonuses for high producers, and opportunity for growth and education. Paying $22-$30 Per Hour plus incentives. Paid Vacation, Retirement account. 

1.  Minimum 3 Years experience as a driller: Air Rotary, Drill, and Drive, Mud Rotary experience a plus.
2.  A valid Class A CDL or ability to obtain one within 2 months of employment.
3.  Welding and fabrication
